Leveraging Our Talents
We are using our backgrounds and expertise in Commercial & Interior Design, as well as owning a Renovations company, to transform two (2) Single Family Homes, one from 1896 and the other from 1938, into 4+1 residential units each.

The result? Rejuvenated, modernized, spacious, bright, larger rental units in sought-after neighbourhoods.

Innovative SFH New Construction
We went back to the drawing board to create innovative premium designs for a Single Family Home with a legal Secondary Suite that made sense from an investment standpoint and that supported a diverse owner/tenant profile.
The result? In-demand, modern, spacious, energy-efficient, "home like" rental units... with very happy tenants AND investors!
TOWNHOMES
Building a Community
We're taking our SFH designs to the "next level" with higher density, accessibility, lower maintenance & reduced costs by creating residential units in a Townhome form factor, which is even more appealing to busy professionals, retirees & families.
